A webinar for resource managers, conservation practitioners, municipal decision-makers
This webinar took place on September 19, 2016.

Presenters: Anthony Aufdenkampe and Barry Evans
Model My Watershed is a web application that puts high performance cloud computing, geospatial analysis, and watershed modeling in an intuitive user interface in a web browser. The Site Storm model runs the algorithms of SLAMM, TR55 and STEP-L models for a hypothetical 24-hour storm to calculate runoff and water quality. The Watershed Multiyear model runs GWLF-E (MapShed) in daily time steps over a 30-year historical climate record.
This webinar introduced how to use the Model My Watershed web app to:
- Analyze real land use, soil and other data for an area of interest
- Model stormwater runoff and water-quality impacts
- Compare how different conservation or development scenarios could modify runoff and water quality
