      Mike-

      Good luck contacting Hologram.  They do not have a call center and all questions have to go via e-mail with a somewhat sporadic response.  I had a question on our Great Marsh Institute account that I sent to maiky@hologram.io on April 29 and am still awaiting a response!  Great marsh Institute has assumed responsibility for SL149 and SL150 with both accounts set up for auto pay.

        You should try their main email address which is success@hologram.io

        I have emailed them dozens of times over the years, and I’ve never had them take more than a few hours to respond.  But if you just need to add more money to your account to make it active again, that can all be done yourself without having to contact anyone.  Just log in to your account and add money to your account balance with a credit card and the SIM card will become active again.

          Report for 5/10/19

          @bilger, @blanton  SL117 Last transmission from Mayfly was on 5/4/19 at 7:46 EST.  At that time the battery was at 3.53v, and conductivity was 389 uS/cm with low depth.

          @ferrell SL189  Battery has become more flashy and as low as 3.53 v, and should be checked for moisture, and possibly recharged, or reset the logger.

            This is the report for 5/13/19

            @ebel SL131-Little Lehigh – No signals since 4/30, when turbidity was 385.7 and battery was 4.11 v.  Are there any concerns about the station?  Has data been backed up?

            @blanton SL117-Sandy Run – Last transmission was on 5/4/19.

            @leifer SL120 – Lopatcong- No transmissions since 5/9/19 at 14:30 EST, when turbidity was 101 NTU and battery was 4.09 v. No visualization available on MonMyWatershed. Is data backed up?

            @weinberg SL134 – Mine Hole – Turbidity varies between >1300 NTU and 15 NTU, suggesting that a lot of debris is packing onto, and falling off of, the sensors. Conductivity levels do not appear natural as it is flashy and going to 0 uS/cm when the depth is >750mm, and could indicate a problem with the CTD sensor.

                This is the report for 5/27/19

                @bullard  SL113-Pickering – Since May 18, battery is dropping to ~2.4 v and recovering to ~4.1 v.

                @blanton SL117-Sandy Run, the last transmission from the Mayfly was on 5/4/19.  Is there station damage from vandalism?  At SL118-Wissahickon, the battery goes to < 3 v and recovers to only 3.17 v, and battery needs to be checked and recharged.

                @tuorto SL 128 – Jacobs D – Frequent signals have been sent since  5/22.  Is the station back online?

                @rogers SL133 – Upper Paulinskill – Battery has frequent periods of flashing from 15 v to 0 v, and needs to be replaced.

                @collins SL158 – Primrose Ck-Solebury Sch – battery became abnormal on 5/20, and since 5/22 has been flashing between 15 v and 0 v, and needs to be replaced.

                @ward SL177 – Broad Run – signals became rare on 5/21, and no transmission since 5/24 (to either portal).

                  For SL 133, is a new $19.95 lithium ion battery pack the only piece of equipment I would need to buy to get the sensor working properly again?

                    @rogers, re SL133 battery issues, @collins is having the same issue with SL158.  It seems to be a display problem as opposed to an actual battery charge issue as the cond and temp data both seem to be fine.  You could swap the SD cards and compare battery data from card to online to confirm.

                    @hicks and @johnson may have additional suggestions.  If you do need to get a new battery I think the latest from @hicks is that this one is an easier shipping process (battery – https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13856), charger –  https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12711) and adaptor – https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12889).

                      @rogers and @collins, @hicks replied to me by text and said this is a Mayfly logger issue and not a battery issue.  It will require a Mayfly board replacement, which @hicks and @johnson can do sometime in the next several months – or they may send you a pre-programmed logger which you could then go out and swap with the the current logger.  For now please hold tight and continue posting any issues or questions you have to this forum.  Thanks!
